  • A prenatal and postpartum movement and wellness doula is a guide who walks with you through pregnancy and beyond, supporting you in moving with strength, feeling at home in your body, and caring for your whole wellbeing as you step into motherhood.

  • A prenatal and postpartum movement and wellness doula provides non-clinical support in exercise, wellness, and lifestyle during pregnancy and after birth, complementing medical and therapeutic care by guiding women in safe movement practices and overall health habits.

  • We weave together personal training, health coaching, recovery practices, Pilates, yoga, and breath work to support both calm and ease as well as strength and vitality. Careful attention is given to the ever changing core and pelvic floor. Our approach includes holistic weight management & healthy lifestyle strategies through pregnancy and postpartum, understanding how food choices influence energy, glucose, and blood pressure, and creating movement practices that nurture healing while fitting into the fullness of work and family life. This process is deeply personal and never one-size-fits-all. Every plan is specialized, every goal shaped around your unique needs and the season you are in. It is a whole-person path toward wellness, designed to meet you where you are and carry you forward with strength and steadiness.

Hi, I’m Amanda — a Prenatal/ Postpartum Movement & Wellness Doula. I blend specialized movement, breath work, and holistic coaching to help you build strength that supports every part of motherhood.

As a mom and longtime movement & wellness professional, I understand how deeply your body changes, especially your core and pelvic floor — and how powerful it can feel to connect with it. Together, we’ll focus on strength, support, and confidence through every season of pregnancy and postpartum.
